    Campaign Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with your stakeholders to understand their marketing objectives, and how those translate into direct marketing campaigns.

    Test Analyst

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Writing SQL code for testing and QA purposes  
    • Analysis of requirements and technical documents to extract test cases  
    • Test estimation for project planning within a Scrum delivery framework  
    • Creating, executing, and monitoring test plans  
    • Test system solutions as part of the defined QA process and methodology for the Testing teams working across the Customer & Insights portfolio.

    HR Communication and Change Consultant

    Key Responsibilities:

    Ensure the delivery of activities focused on Employee Engagement, Employee Wellbeing, Talent Management, and Performance Management

    • Guided by annual calendar of Talent Development events to meet business deadlines within SLA standards, including readiness for key internal meetings

    Key Accounts Manager: Foschini Trend and Design

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing a large team, so HR experience and previous leadership experience is vital.
    • Dealing directly with both buyers and planners within the retail team, so they would have had to deal with some of the major fashion retailers in South Africa.
    • Dealing with both Fabric and Trims suppliers. 
    • Design/Trend background is essential as the candidate needs a clear understanding of trends to influence product development and insure good rate of sale.Managing the workflow within the team to ensure that product is delivered on time to our Retailer.

    • They must have dealt directly with major fashion retailers within the South African market.
    • They need to have had direct dealing with Buyers, Planners, Fabric Suppliers and CMT factories.
