What You’ll Do:

• Build and nurture relationships with top-tier suppliers to negotiate competitive rates and enhance offerings.
• Research, source, and develop special interest travel products.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by analyzing competitor activities and market insights.
• Lead strategic initiatives to expand and elevate the company’s portfolio in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve challenges, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and organize exciting events like familiarization trips and workshops.

What You Bring:

• 7-10 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with expertise in East and Southern African destinations.
• A proven track record in supplier relations, product development, or operational roles within the travel sector.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach to your work.
• A collaborative, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Tech-savvy skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
