    Deputy Head (Mayoral Programmes) - Durban

    Job Purpose    

    • To effectively lead, direct and drive Expanded Public Works Programme, Project Management Team, City-wide Steering Committee, Management Steering Committee and City-wide BusinessCommunities in coordinating strategic plans with broad vision of enabling sustainabledevelopments to progress at a measurable pace in accordance with the broad aims and objectivesof eThekwini Integrated Development Plan and National Frameworks/ Strategies.     Key Responsibility Areas    

    • Positions the EPWP Department City-Wide, Provincially and Nationally to facilitate the seamless delivery of infrastructure, environment and culture, social sector related projects and programmes to communities in accordance with the integrated development plan and National Policy on the development of the nation.

    Job Purpose
